Dear Residents, Owners, and Condominium Owners,


 

We are going to be sweeping, cleaning, and detailing all the parking lots!  Below is a list of the parking lots with the dates the lots will be closed. Attached is colored coordinated map with each lot that will be closed on that day.



All parking lots will be closed at 9:00am and will reopen at 4:00pm on the date is it scheduled.

 Closed on Tuesday, July 29th, 2025   - W. 16th Ave (WEST side of Arthur St.), W. 16th Court and Arthur St. (WEST side of Arthur St.), and W. 14th Court. *W. 15th Court is not included in this sweep.* 

 

Closed on Thursday, July 31st, 2025  - W. 16th Way (WEST side of Arthur St.), W. 17th Ave (WEST side of Arthur St.), W. 17th Court, W. 18th Ave, Arthur St. (WEST side of Arthur St.), Arthur Place, Cleveland Place.

 

Closed on Friday, August 1st, 2025    - W. 16th Ave (EAST side of Arthur St.), Garfield Place, W. 16th Way (EAST side of Arthur St.), W. 17th Ave (EAST side of Arthur St.), Garfield Street, Arthur St. (EAST side of Arthur St.), W. 14th Place, and Tiny Lot (Off of Arthur St.).

 

***If there are any vehicles in the lots on the date it scheduled to be closed, the vehicle may be relocated to another spot on the property!***

 We are very excited to have this all done and completed yet we are very aware this is going to be a difficult task and inconvenience to some!

Westmoreland Village Towing

Below are instructions and information for towing procedures:

*Please note, it is the residents responsibility to notify all visitors/guests of the parking spaces available.*

Need a vehicle parked in your assigned parking space towed:

*When towing a vehicle during office hours follow this extra step below*

Please call: Westmoreland Village office at 541-342-1090. Provide the vehicle

description and license plate so we can make sure the vehicle does not belong to a vendor

or another resident and can ask them to move. This step is a curtesy, as if it were after

hours; the tenant has authority to tow ANYONE in their assigned space.

*When towing a vehicle while the office is closed skip the step above*

1. Please Email: Evtowing@aol.com

2. Provide The Following Information: Your name, address, and assigned parking

space number. Provide the make, model, color, license plate number, and a photo of the

vehicle that you need towed. Attach your signed Parking Agreement AND a form of

identification so they can ensure the parking space belongs to you.

3. Call: Call Emerald Valley Towing at 541-688-1939 to confirm they received your

email.

4. Please Have: A form of identification ready for Emerald Valley Towing to verify

upon their arrival. *You MAY need to meet them at the parking space when they arrive.

Please be on the lookout for any emails sent back to you from Emerald Valley Towing.*


How to avoid getting towed: All residents and/or residents’ visitors /guests must park in

their assigned parking space or in spaces marked as “VISITOR.”

If your vehicle has been towed: Contact Emerald Valley Towing to make arrangements

to have your vehicle released from impound.

Other Stuff...


  1. Dumpster Enclosures:
  2. Please be mindful of closing the dumpster gate behind you when you leave.
  3. Do not give the codes out to anyone.
  4. Laundry Rooms:
  5. Do not prop open the laundry room doors.
  6. Do not give the code (key) out to anyone.
  7. ** If there is an issue with the enclosures please let the office know, so we can follow up accordingly**Animal Waste:
  8. For the health and safety of everyone if your dog deposits waste (feces) on the property it must be removed as soon as the waste is made. It is recommended that you bring dog waste bags/bags with you whenever you take the animal out to ensure it can be cleaned up immediately.
  9. Animal waste must be disposed of in a tied bag in the dumpsters. Please do not accumulate the waste bags in or around your dwelling.
  10. Smoking:
  11. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. No exceptions.
  12. You may smoke off property (city street/sidewalks)
  13. Anyone reported or seen engaging in smoking may be issued the appropriate notice.
  14. Guests:
  15. Tenants are responsible for the conduct of their guests on and around the property.
  16. Please ensure that your guests are adhering to the terms outlined in your rental agreement.
  17. Towing/Parking Procedures:
  18. Please see the attached towing instructions for both business and non-business hours.
  19. Repairs/Maintenance:
  20. We encourage you to report any/all issues with your dwelling as soon as possible, so we can promptly follow up.
  21. Reminder as outlined in your rental agreement failure to report could result in the cost being charged to you.
  22. No issue is too small, the earlier we can get eyes on a situation the quicker we can assist in a resolution.
  23. Drains:
  24. Please do not flush anything down the toilets other than toilet paper and waste. 
  25. If you do flush something down that is not toilet paper or waste you may be charged for the cost of the clean-out/repair.
  26. Do not put food or food waste down the drains or toilet, this includes grease and other substances that can clog plumbing.

After Hours Towing Procedure


Dear Westmoreland Village Residents,

We are happy to announce a new AFTER HOURS towing procedure. We know that parking can be very tricky, frustrating, and inconvenient when there is an unauthorized vehicle parked in your assigned parking space. Our Westmoreland team has been trying to make towing after hours more effective and smooth. Please see the following procedure for towing AFTER HOURS.


Need a vehicle towed AFTER hours:
After 5:00pm and on the weekends.
Please call: Emerald Valley Towing at 541-688-1939
Please have: your signed Parking Agreement (found in Rental Agreement) which states your address, name(s), and parking number.
Please have: a form of identity so Emerald Valley Towing can verify your identity with the Parking Agreement when they arrive.

How to avoid getting towed: All resident(s) and/or resident(s) visitor(s)/guest(s) must park in their assigned parking space or in spaces marked as "VISITOR."

I have attached the complete and updated Westmoreland Village Towing instructions, so you can keep that for a reference. If you would like a paper copy, please let Westmoreland Management know.

PARKING LOT CLEANING SCHEDULE March 11-13th 2024

 

It is that time of year again for parking lot cleaning/sweeping!   We are going to be sweeping, cleaning, and detailing all the parking lots!  Please Click on the "View Map" link below to see a colored coordinated map with each lot and the dates the lots will be closed.


West side of Arthur St- W16th Ave, W16th Ct, W15th Ct-  *The parking lots in PINK will be cleaned on Monday, March 11th, 2024. 


West side of Arthur St- W17th Ave, W16th Way, 17th Ct, Arthur Pl *The parking lots in YELLOW will be cleaned on Tuesday, March 12th, 2024.


East side of Arthur St.- W17th Ave, W16th Way, W16th Ave, Garfield Pl*The parking lots in GREEN will be cleaned on Wednesday, March 13th, 2024.

 

All parking lots will be closed at 9:00am and will reopen at 4:00pm on the date is it scheduled.

Re: Smoking and Patio Reminders

 


 

Friendly Reminder to our Resident(s),

Smoking Policy: This is a friendly reminder that Westmoreland Village is a NO SMOKING property. This means…. NO SMOKING on the property! You have a signed No-Smoking Addendum in your file so the reminder of “No-Smoking on the property” certainly should not come as a surprise.   This policy includes your visitors as well.

Patio Policy: As many of you may have noticed, many patios have gotten out of control in terms of cleanliness. Management will soon be doing routine inspections of patios, building exteriors, and landscape areas around your homes. Violation notices for unkempt patios will be issued to households who are not abiding by the terms laid out in the rental agreement.

Here are some terms in the rental agreement that may help you determine what is expected and allowed to be on your patios:

  • "Resident agrees to keep all areas of the premises clean, sanitary and free from any accumulations of debris, filth, rubbish and garbage and to dispose of same in a proper manner. Resident shall not store flammable or hazardous materials."
  • "Unit entry areas, balconies, decks, patios and yards are not storage areas. Areas visible to the outside must be kept neat and free of clutter: no trash, laundry, furniture (except that specifically designed for outdoor use), dead plants, empty boxes, storage items or unsightly objects are allowed in these areas. No trampolines, bounce houses, pools, hot tubs, sandboxes, etc. are allowed on decks, patios or yards."
  • "Garbage cans, household supplies, bottles and cans, and other similar articles shall not be placed outside the unit."
  • "No resident shall cause or permit anything, including but not limited to, signs, awnings, canopies, shutters, radio or television antennas, wires or cables, satellite dishes to be displayed, installed or affixed to the unit unless allowed by law or written approval is granted by Management."
